How can you sell your products at such inexpensive prices?

We are able to sell our products at such affordable prices thanks to basic, fundamental marketing truths. Shortening channels of distribution allows for drastic product price reductions. Fewer channel members exist, which means less opportunity exists for price increases to occur as products move through the channel. Also, marketing practices used by retailers (i.e. advertising, flashy packaging and enhancing products' physical appearances) improve shelf appeal and increase a product's price, but provide no true added value to the product. In other words, our prices more accurately reflect the cost of manufacturing the product, rather than any marketing advantage, like brand recognition or placement in retail stores. What results is quality, perfectly functional products at discount prices that everyone can afford.

 

I cannot find the item I'm looking for on your site, do you have it
We carry some items that are not advertised in our catalog or within our site. To check the availability of a specific or obscure item, contact a representative by calling (800) 516-1262.

 

Do you have a replacement cable for my camera?
We carry most popular USB cables, but have no way of cross-referening exactly which connector type your camera takes. Please take a moment to view our connector guide for some common USB connectors that your camera might accept. Remember that it is possible for a connector to fit a device, but still not function as expected (although this is usually not the case).

 

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day, provided that all requested items are available or are placed on backorder. If US Priority Mail service is selected upon checkout, the order will ship the next day.

 

When will I receive my order after it is shipped?
The map below shows estimated standard UPS Ground transit times. Premium shipping services, including Next Day Air, are also available.

After I place an order, when is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are billed at the time the order is shipped.

 

Why did I not receive an item that I ordered?
The item has been placed on backorder, and will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If you ordered an item, but did not receive it and it was not placed on backorder, please contact a representative by calling (800) 516-1262.

 

How do I return a product?
If after purchasing any products on our website, you decide for any reason that the product does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us within 30 days (with postage paid) and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund; whichever YOU prefer. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging, accessories, manuals and literature included to receive full credit. Please include a copy of your invoice. Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

What shipping methods do you use?
UPS is our preferred method of shipping. However, DHL, USPS, FedEx and LTL are all available based on individual customers' needs.

 

How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on your shipping address and the order's weight. Address changes and adding or removing items from your order affects shipping costs.
