Sales Tax:
Ohio Customers will be charged 6.75% Sales Tax. Resellers holding valid resale permits/vendors license must request tax exempt status in advance by downloading an Ohio Blanket Exemption Certificate. This must be mailed or faxed to our sales department.
Warranty and Disclaimer of Products:
Limited Warranty – All new products, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from date of shipment. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective or improper use of products. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this agreement.
